# Shipping Policy

### Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within **1‑3 business days** after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During big sales or holiday seasons, processing may be slightly delayed.

### Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard international shipping normally takes **7‑15 business days** for delivery.
Delivery time is an estimate only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier conditions or unexpected delays beyond our control.

### Shipping Notice for Malaysia
We only ship to Peninsular Malaysia. We do NOT deliver to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

### Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking information may take 24‑48 hours to update.

### Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your local government.
